1 Introduction
Welcome to Pads Ambiente. These Terms of Service govern the use of our app and related services. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
2 Subscriptions and Payments
The app operates on a "Freemium" model. The download is free, but full access to the library requires a "PRO" subscription.
Secure Payments
All transactions are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store your financial data.
Automatic Renewal
Cancellation must be done in your Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
3 Audio Usage License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license. Understand what you can and cannot do:

- • Use in worship services and live performances.
- • Use in live streams.
- • Record songs with the Pad as background.
cancel Prohibited
- • Resell the audio files.
- • Repackage the sounds in other apps.
- • Distribute as "meditation music" on streaming platforms (Spotify/Deezer).
4 Accounts and Anonymous Login
Data Loss Warning
Since we don't require an email to log in, your account is linked to the
installation on your device. If you uninstall the app, your local "Favorites"
will be lost.
Your Purchases are safe: they are
linked to your Google/Apple account and can be restored at any time.
5 Intellectual Property
All content (code, design, audio and brand) is the exclusive property of Pads Ambiente. Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright law.
6 Changes to the Terms
Pads Ambiente reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the company's registered jurisdiction (Brazil).
